The bell tower above the Maifeld could not open for the 2025 season: rebuilding the Maifeld stands for the Sportmuseum left it without a safe way in. The Senate told parliament it meant to reopen the tower in the second quarter of 2026. The city's Olympiapark page still says it is closed until further notice, and no new date has been given.
